PDF Offer Officially Expired

I just sent the PDF to all the readers who requested it.
Since the majority asked not to publish their photo, I decided to publish none of them.

    I just purchased the second version of Advanced C++ Metaprogramming from Amazon. Is there a place were I can purchase an electronic version (.pdf or .epub) of the book now that your offer expired?
