You are right. Unfortunately the CreateSpace distribution channels include only Amazon.com. They ship worldwide, anyway, and the book price is deliberately low, as a potential compensation for shipping expenses...
When can we expect a Kindle version of the book? I am so eager to get a copy of it and still I am not willing to wait for a month to get it shipped to my country...
Now I got enough votes from readers for a kindle edition, so I got interested. However the conversion pdf/kindle is quite problematic, most of the source code gets totally messed up (source code is not font-invariant).
Feel free to post me some practical hints, help is appreciated.
Have read a few pages from this book online but its not available in England (kindle or hardcopy), shame really...
